Refunds, Exchanges and Returns

Please let us know immediately if you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase. We’re here to help!

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days (21 days for international purchases). Returns received within this period will be eligible for a refund, exchange or credit against a future purchase.

We will refund the price you paid for the item – This includes sales items.


All goods will be inspected upon receipt.

To be eligible for a refund, goods must be received in their original condition and packaging, including any tags or labels where applicable.

Once we receive your item, we will aim to issue your refund to your original payment method within 3-5 working days.  Following this, the date you receive the refund will be dependant on your card issuers policies.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us so please ensure that you pack them carefully to ensure that they don’t get damaged on their way, and use a tracked service as we can not be held responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in transit!

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in unsuitable condition or outside of the 14 day return policy, we reserve the right not to refund you and where possible will offer an exchange or credit against a future purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping costs are non​-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
